作为在中国具有影响力的指挥家之一，和活跃在国际舞台上的新加坡籍指挥家，受邀指挥了中国爱乐乐团十五周年庆典音乐会，以色列国家交响乐团，亚美尼亚国家爱乐乐团，德国杜伊斯堡爱乐乐团。并第四次受邀以客席首席指挥家身份出现在意大利图西亚歌剧节。

刘鹏先生是武汉市政府聘请的文化外国专家，2004年开始出任武汉爱乐乐团音乐总监和首席指挥。自2011年起，他又出任武汉爱乐国际钢琴节艺术总监并由他创立了首届武汉国际钢琴节，每年六月来自世界各地的钢琴家受邀参加此钢琴盛会。2011年作为指挥研究学者执教于美国密歇根州立大学，2016年又作为特聘教授执教于美国丹佛大学指挥系。他也是美国卡罗拉多州帕布罗交响乐团首席客席指挥。意大利图西亚歌剧节首席客席指挥，同时兼任全球杰出华人艺术家协会艺术总监。全球杰出华人艺术家少年钢琴演奏家决赛评委及台湾云想国际钢琴比赛总决赛评委。

刘鹏先生作为客席指挥频繁出现于国际音乐舞台，受邀指挥了德国杜伊斯堡爱乐乐团，德国纽伦堡交响乐团，德国亚琛交响乐团，德国图林根交响乐团，波兰西里西亚爱乐乐团，波兰尤文图斯国家青年交响乐团，波兰扎不勒市爱乐乐团，美国密执根州立大学交响乐团，美国卡罗拉多州帕布罗交响乐团，以色列国家交响乐团，塞浦路斯国家交响乐团，日本大分市交响乐团、捷克兹林市玛蒂奴爱乐乐团, 墨西哥州立交响乐团，墨西哥齐华华市交响乐团，意大利图西亚歌剧节，法国诺曼底国际音乐节，台湾长荣交响乐团，中国爱乐乐团，天津交响乐团，厦门爱乐乐团等。合作的艺术家来自世界各地。2017年五月和俄罗斯爱乐乐团录制了首张黄安伦作品专辑，2018和该团再次合作录制了第二张专辑。

2004年，刘鹏先生携武汉爱乐乐团赴日本大分参加武汉－大分姐妹城市庆典周年纪念活动取得圆满成功，创造了武汉爱乐乐团首次出国巡演。2009在他推荐下，并亲自率武汉爱乐乐团赴日本东京参加了第九届“亚洲交响乐周”，作为唯一的中国乐团在东京歌剧院上演了一场完美的交响音乐会，反映热烈，演出获得日本媒体的高度评价。2011年，在北京保利剧院管理有限公司的策划下，他又携武汉爱乐乐团在中国13个城市进行了巡回演出。

刘鹏先生在任职期间策划了武汉爱乐乐团和德国杜伊斯堡爱乐乐团、波兰国家青年交响乐团，意大利图西亚歌剧节，日本大分交响乐团的音乐家交流计划，并成功指挥了武汉爱乐乐团与德国杜伊斯堡爱乐乐团、波兰国家青年交响乐团，意大利图西亚歌剧节交响乐团，日本大分交响乐团及四川交响乐团的联合音乐会，受到政府及舆论界的高度赞扬，促进了武汉爱乐乐团的对外交流活动。 刘鹏先生获得过多项荣誉，日本协会颁发的杰出音乐贡献奖、2005年被武汉市文化局授予文化特别贡献奖，2006年被中国湖北省政府授予编钟奖，并被列为中国湖北省十大经济文化贡献外国专家之一。2010年获得湖北省广播电影电视局文化时尚杰出人物奖，武汉市文化局颁发的2010年武汉文化贡献奖，2011年武汉市宣传部文化贡献奖，同年获得武汉市政府颁发的黄鹤友谊奖，被誉为武汉杰出贡献十大外国专家之一，2016作为武汉市委，市政府特批的文化艺术界人才选入“黄鹤英才计划”。

刘鹏先生出生于音乐世家（其祖父为中国首位中国音乐词典编纂者) 先后就读于荷兰乌特勒支音乐学院(Hongeschoolvoor de Kunsten Utrecht)，美国密西根州立大学（Michigan State University)。师从其父刘炎、Elias Arizcuren、Michelle Rohe、Victor Liberman、Leon Gregorian、Gustav Meier、Larry Rachleff等教授。

James P. Liu

Acclaimed as one of the most outstanding conductors in China today, James P. Liu has achievements throughout Europe and America. Based in China and Italy, Liu was recently selected as one of the best conductors in China at the15th Anniversary Gala Concert China Philharmonic Orchestra. 

Mr. Liu has been guest conductor with Numberger Symphoniker Orchestra (Germany), Duisburger Philharmoniker (Germany) Aachen Symphony Orchestra (Germany) Thuringer Symphoniker (Germany), Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, Silesian Philharmonic Orchestra (Poland), Poland National Youth Orchestra, Poland Zabrze Philharmonic, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Tuscia Opera Festival (Italy),Normandy Music Festival (France), Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonic Orchestra, The Cyprus National Symphony Orchestra, The Mexico State Symphony Orchestra (Mexico), Michigan State University Symphony Orchestra (USA), Lamont Symphony Orchestra(USA), Pueblo Symphony Orchestra (USA), Ontario Philharmonic Orchestra(Canada) China Philharmonic Orchestra, Tianjing Symphony Orchestra(China) XiaMen Philharmonic, Orchestra(China) SiChuan Symphony Orchestra,Evergreen Symphony Orchestra (Taiwan), GangNeung Symphony Orchestra (Korea).

During his first-year tenure, Liu Led the WPO on the first overseas tour to Oita Japan along with launching the inaugural core concert season, in 2009 he conducted the WPO at the 9th Asia Symphony Week in Tokyo Japan and WPO was the only Orchestra from China has received high praise from Japanese media. Mr Liu also led the orchestra touring at 13 cities in China 2011 and 2017 WPO touring at 8 cities in China under China Poly Arts management. In 2016 he led the WPO in a tour of Europe with tremendous success in Italy and France.

Since his implemented a plan for musician exchanges with the Duisburger Philharmoniker Orchestra of Germany the Oita Symphony Orchestra of Japan, Poland National Youth Symphony Orchestra, Italian Tuscia Opera Festival. He successfully conducted joint concerts resulting in high appreciation by the government and media for promoting foreign exchange through the Wuhan Philharmonic Orchestra.

As the first formal music director and the chief conductor, he rebuilt and re-named the orchestra WPO (Wuhan Philharmonic Orchestra) to professional status and programmed 80 concerts that year becoming professional orchestra in today’s certal China. He founded Wuhan International Piano Concerto Festival where remains as the Artist Director since 2011.

Recently, he recorded composer An-lun Huang’s works with Russian Philharmonic Orchestra and Russian National Choir. In May 2018, he conducted Russian Philharmonic Orchestra again completing the second CD at Moscow.

James P. Liu, of Singapore nationality, was appointed Music Director of the Wuhan Philharmonic Orchestra at the invitation of the Wuhan City Municipal Culture Bureau (China) in 2004. 

He was a Scholar in the Conducting Faculty at the College of Music of Michigan State University (USA). He is also the principal guest conductor of Pueblo Symphony Orchestra of Colorado (USA). In 2016, he was invited by University of Denver (USA) as conducting adjunct professor and guest conductor of Lamont Symphony Orchestra. Recently he was appointed the Artist Director of Globe Outstanding Chinese Artist Association. He was a judge of GOCCAA international piano competition grand final, The international piano competition in Taiwan and The Chopin international piano competition at Hartford finals as well. 

Mr. Liu has been awarded a variety of honors. He received “Excellent Music Contribution” awarded by the Japanese Association 2001. In 2005 he received the “Special Contribution in Culture” from the Wuhan Municipal Culture Bureau and the “Chime Bells Award” by the Hubei Provincial Government in 2006. He was listed as one of ten foreign experts for his contributions in economy and culture of Hubei State China. In 2010, he was given the Wuhan Culture Contribution Award from the city government. In 2010, he was named as one of the ten “The Province Culture Fashion Elite” by the Radio Film and TV Bureau of Hubei Province. In 2011, he received the Wuhan Municipal Government’s “Yellow Crane Friendship Prize” as one of the best foreign experts who contributed to Wuhan City. He also received the “Special Contribution in Culture “by Wuhan’s Propaganda Department, March 2012. In 2016 he was the only candidate in the cultural sector selected by the Wuhan Government to enter the City of Wuhan “Yellow Crane Talents Plan”. 

Mr. Liu studied music at Utrecht Conservatorium (Hongeschoolvoor de Kunsten Utrecht) in Holland and Michigan State University in America. He studied with Leon Gregorian, Gustav Meier, and Larry Rachlleff.

Biographical Note

Sam Yeung leads a diverse life as a violist and entrepreneur.

He completed his undergraduate studies in violin performance at the University of Toronto under David Zafer. Due to a shortage of violists, Sam studied violin and viola simultaneously from his third year onward. The switch to viola became permanent when Sam left Toronto to pursue his graduate studies in viola performance at Manhattan School of Music on scholarship.

During his time in New York City, Sam studied with Leonard Davis, the former principal violist of the New York Philharmonic. Sam’s time in New York enriched his musical life greatly as he worked with artists such as Pinchas Zukerman, David Geber, and Karen Dreyfus. In addition to his studies with Davis, Sam pursued supplementary studies with world renowned viola soloist, Emanuel Vardi. Vardi invited Sam to become his Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. After Vardi tore his rotator cuff in an accident, Sam assumed Vardi’s teaching responsibilities while completing his Master Degree on full scholarship.

Sam returned to Toronto and founded his first business, Candle with Care. Candle with Care, later evolved into Floret, a wedding decoration business that Sam has operated for the past 20 years. In addition to owning his own business, Sam is an invested pedagogue who passionately believes that the language of music is universal. In his teaching, he strives to instill in his students the value of holistic independent thinking in interpreting music.

山姆．杨

多伦多大学音乐系教授

作为一名中提琴手和企业家，杨有着丰富多彩的生活。

他在多伦多大学David Zafer的指导下完成了小提琴表演的本科学业。由于缺少中提琴手，山姆从三年级开始就同时学习小提琴和中提琴。当山姆离开多伦多，到曼哈顿音乐学院(Manhattan School of Music)继续他的中提琴表演研究生学业时，他转向了中提琴。

评审主席团：张乐怡女士，旅欧美华裔小提琴家。 

1980年中国改革开放后第一批被选送瑞士国际梅纽因音乐学院深造。

1982年在北京人民大会堂和世界著名小提琴大师梅纽因同台演奏巴赫、维瓦尔第、泰利曼等小提琴二重奏协奏曲，并和中央乐团合作演奏莫扎特小提琴协奏曲。

1984年荣获美国阿斯本国际音乐节小提琴比赛第一名。

张乐怡女士的音乐艺术生涯可谓丰富多彩。 

自 1990年受聘担任加拿大蒙特利尔交响乐团副首席后, 她曾多次在世界各地国际音乐节上演奏贝多芬、门得尔松、莫扎特、巴赫等小提琴协奏曲。并与德国柏林爱乐交响乐团首席ThomasBrandis， 美国纽约交响乐团首席Glen Dicterow，美国费城交响乐团首席NormanCarol及著名钢琴家Claude Frank、IlanaVered、GilbertKalish等同台演奏室内乐重奏。

作为演奏家和乐团副首席, 张乐怡还同时兼任小提琴教学。她曾任教于加拿大麦基尔音乐学院, 并在上海音乐学院和上海音乐学院附中讲学和举办专题讲座。 

2006年，张乐怡应上海音乐学院丁芷诺老师邀请相继在黄山和临安国际弦乐夏令营讲学和举办专题讲座。为了探讨小提琴演奏中因肢体动作紧张而引起的各种技术问题，以及乐队演奏员中常见的职业病, 多年来张乐怡不断学习和研究人体动作意识，并运用于小提琴演奏和教学，她的专题讲座“人体动作意识与小提琴技巧发展”曾指明和帮助专业演奏者和学生们解决了很多小提琴演奏中常见的难题，引起了很多师生、家长们的重视, 被大家视为非常科学和实用的教学方法。

2000年张乐怡从北美移居欧洲, 在荷兰、比利时和法国巡回演出独奏和室内乐重奏。

2003年 张乐怡女士在荷兰南部林堡省发起和创办了首届 “森林古典音乐会系列”, 把优美的古典音乐带进了自然风光美丽的荷兰南部森林风景区, 受到了当地政府和音乐爱好者们的热烈好评。同时她又在荷兰、比利时、法国等地举办“天才儿童小提琴培训班”, 为当地儿童特别是很多华人子弟提供学习和进修小提琴演奏的机会。

张乐怡女士曾就读于中央音乐学院附中, 师从韩里教授。她幼年时便充分显示出了音乐天赋， 11岁就担任上海人们广播电台少年儿童广播乐团独奏演员，并和上海广播乐团、上海芭蕾舞团合作演出。 

1980年张乐怡毕业于中央音乐学院附中, 随即被选送瑞士国际梅纽因音乐学院深造。

1984 年张乐怡荣获梅纽因大师亲自颁发的瑞士国际梅纽因音乐学院荣誉证书。同年在赢得了美国阿斯本国际音乐节小提琴比赛第一名后,她受到著名小提琴教育家多罗茜·迪蕾的青睐, 并以全额奖学金被美国辛辛那提大学音乐学院录取，选入多罗西·迪蕾教授班上学习。她曾两次赢得辛辛那提大学音乐学院小提琴比赛第一名。 

1987年张乐怡获得辛辛那提大学音乐学院艺术家文凭。同年她又以优异的成绩考入美国朱利亚音乐学院, 获最高奖学金，继续跟随迪蕾教授和小提琴家马萨奥·卡瓦萨基学习。

1989年获得美国朱利亚音乐学院硕士学位。

Born in Shanghai China, violinist Le Yi Zhang was a first prize winner of the Violin Competition in Aspen Summer Music Festival. In 1980, Le Yi Zhang was among the first group of Chinese students to be chosen to study with Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Maestro Alberto Lysy, and Ana Chumachenco at the prestigious International Menuhin Music Acadmy in Gstaad, Switzerland.

Le Yi Zhang made a triumphal return to her homeland performing Bach, Telemann double violin concertos with Lord Yehudi Menuhin and solo concerts with the Central Philhamonic Orchestra in the People’s Hall in Beijing two years later. In 1984, she received a diploma with distinction from the IMMA.

After winning the violin competition in Aspen, Le Yi Zhang has been awarded a full scholarship to study with the eminent pedagogue Ms.Dorothy Delay at the College Conservatory of Music in University of Cincinnati, and the prestigious Juilliard School in New York.

Shortly after receiving her Masters degree from the Juilliard School, Ms. Zhang was appointed as assistant concertmaster of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, a position she held for many years. While working with the orchestra, Ms. Zhang also performed regularly in solo and chamber music concerts through out North America. Her performances have been recorded on CBC classical music radio programs in Montreal.

In 2003, Ms. Zhang created the “Music in the woods” open air concert series in Limburg, bringing classical music into the beautiful nature of woodland in south of the Netherlands. Her performances with great artists such as the famous Dutch bariton John Brocheler and soprano Angelina Ruzzafante have received high acclaim from the public. 

In 2009, Ms.Zhang was invited as guest concert-master of the Shanghai Sinfonietta, performed at the Shanghai Dong Fang Art Center and made a well received concert tour in seven cities in France.

In addition to her performing career, Ms. Zhang also actively engages in teaching. She taught at the McGill Conservatory of Music in Montreal Canada for many years and is frequently invited to give master classes and lectures in China. She has taught at Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the Summer Music Academy in Huangshan and Lin An. Her lecture “Body balance in instrument playing” has received high acclaim among musicians, teachers and students, her students have won prizes at international violin competitions, as well as taking leading positions in symphonic orchestras in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and China.

Appreciated for the sensitivity and integrity of his interpretations, pianist and composer Alexander Boyd enjoys an international career as both soloist and chamber musician.

Born in 1972 he made his Concerto debut in 1983 with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra playing Mozart’s 1st Piano Concerto conducted by Yerzy Maksymiuk, and since his London Wigmore Hall debut in 2001 he has performed at many of the world’s concert halls and international music festivals.

The year ahead includes concerts throughout the UK including London’s South Bank Centre, Wigmore Hall, Barbican, Conway Hall, Oxford and Cambridge Universities and the Barber Institute in Birmingham. He will also give recitals in the USA, Spain and Italy, and Mexico for the first time under the auspices of Pro Musica.

He frequently returns to Australia where he has appeared at many major concert halls and music festivals, and 2020 will see a return for several recitals which will include premiere performances of his new composition “The Bride Suite”, based on the art works by his grandfather Arthur Boyd.

Alexander’s discography includes recordings of Chopin, Debussy and Schumann for the Abbas label, and more recently much of the Spanish repertoire with Claudio Records.

Recordings of Goyescas by Granados and the Iberia Suite by Albeniz were described by International Piano Magazine as “riveting, compelling and utterly haunting, full of poetry, technical virtuosity and Spanish atmosphere. First class” and by Musical Opinion as “immaculate playing by this highly gifted artist. There are several rival versions of this wonderful music but none finer than this. First rate”

2019 will see the release of a CD exploring the “Fandango” for Brancusi Classics including works never before recorded and specially arranged for the piano by Alexander. He will also record Chopin’s 4 Ballades and the 24 Preludes by Debussy with Claudio Records.

He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with Paul Berkowitz and James Gibb. After graduating in 1995 with distinction he went on to study in Israel with Alexander Volkov and Pnina Salzman at the Rubins Academy in Tel Aviv.

Alexander has composed the music for three films, “Galatea”, “Sogni d’Oro and “Art in Heaven”, broadcast for BBC Radio and ABC Radio amongst others, and in 2020 he was invited by Steinway Pianos to join their international roster of Steinway Artists. 

Passionate about teaching he has given numerous master classes and is on the staff at the University of Birmingham and the Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

Cesar Bello is a Mexican-Canadian baritone who started is vocal training with the professor Enrique Jaso at the Conservatory of Music of Mexico. In 2009 he was chosen by the prestigious Accademia d’Arte Lirica Osimo in Italy where he has studied with Raina Kabaivanska, William Mateuzzi, Alla Simoni, Sergio Segalini and Vicenzo de Vivo. In Italy he sang at Teatro dell’opera di Roma on 2013 the production of “NOS” (The nose) by Shostakovich with the direction of Peter Stein, L’elisir d’Amore by Donizetti as Belocre,, La Passione secondo Marco by Perosi, Choral Fantasy by Beethoven and numerous concerts. In Mexico he sang Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni as Alfio, Pagliacci by Leoncavallo as Tonio, Barbiere di Siviglia by Rossini as Firgaro and Fiorello, Carmen by Bizet as Morales, Don Giovanni by Mozart as Masetto, Rigoletto by Verdi as Ceprano, Carmina Burana by Orff, Symphony No. 9 by Beethoven, Requiem by Fauré, Requiem by Mozart. In Canada he sang La Serva Padrona by Pergolesi in 2018, La Boheme as Schaunard in Brott Music Festival and Romeo et Juliette by Gounod as Mercutio.

曾为整个中国最年轻之扬琴副教授 （1993）

毕业于中央⾳乐学院 ( 附中 ) ，中国⾳乐学院 ( 学⼠，硕⼠)，1985年考取成为中国第⼀届扬琴硕⼠研究⽣。后留中国⾳乐学院国乐系任扬琴教师，1993年被破格提升为副教授，为中国⾳乐学院及当年全国最年轻之扬琴副教授。

7 岁即登台演奏。除在中国表演之外， 1980年随 “中国青年演奏家⼩组”赴香港参加“世界青少年艺术节” 表演，获得香港舆论界⾼度评价。

1981年参加仅由三⼈组成的“中国⾳乐家⼩组”赴德意志联邦共和国巡回表演。

1988年，被认为是继“科达伊”之后匈牙利最有成就的作曲家乔治─兰奇(Gyorgy Ranky) 到北京访问。听过徐平⼼表演的“扬琴⼩协奏曲”之后异常感动，随后为徐平⼼改编了⼀⾸匈牙利⺠歌并题词：“ 献给平⼼－带著仰慕与友谊”。

学术⽅⾯，徐平⼼是中国第⼀个对世界扬琴进⾏横向比较研究的⼈。 所著论⽂《中外扬琴的发展与比较》（1987），⾸先提出“世界扬琴三⼤体系”的理论， 该理论现已在⾳乐专业领域被⼴泛采纳。

在任中国⾳乐学院专业扬琴老师的⼗年中 （1983-93）， 在扬琴教学⽅⾯也取得了令⼈瞩⽬的成就，有学⽣获得全国扬琴⼤赛的头奖， 有的学⽣现已经成为副教授。

1993年，徐平⼼代表中国参加了在捷克举⾏的“世界扬琴⼤会”95年在德国慕尼⿊举⾏的“扬琴艺术节”，96年在瑞⼠⽇内瓦举⾏的扬琴艺术节。 1997年，徐平⼼被在捷克举⾏的“世界扬琴艺术节”特请为⾸席演奏家，他的表演获得了与会者的热烈评价。

在1993－99年 旅居英国期间，徐平⼼很快成为当地最受欢迎与最繁忙的中国⾳乐家。应邀到英国60多个城镇及欧亞⼤陆表演，⼏乎演遍了英国主要⾳乐厅，其中包括：著名的伦敦皇家演艺中⼼，Barbican Centre, 女皇剧院，Repertory Theatre，Royal Exchange Theatre, Sallis Benney Theatre (布來顿), Royal Theatre (Portsmouth), Turner Sim Concert Hall (修咸頓), Blackfriars Arts Centre (波士頓), Dartington Arts Centre, Tyne Theatre and Opera House (Newcastle) 等。他还应邀为英国⼀些最著名的艺术节表演，包括：爱丁堡艺术节，布莱顿⾳乐节， Three Choirs 艺术节， 泽⻄世界⾳乐节，Crawley 国际艺术节，Oundle国际艺术 节，Truro国际艺术节，Kings Lynn 艺术节，Guernsey 艺术节，Chiddingly艺术节, Henley 艺术节。等等等等，尤其是最著名“Llangollen 国际⾳乐节”（1995，该届艺术节只邀请 三位⾳乐家，除徐平⼼外，另两位⾳乐家为国际著名男⾼⾳怕瓦罗（ Luciano Pavarotti）与⼀位单簧管名家）。

他的观众包括三位英国⾸相： 爱德加-希思，约翰-梅杰， 托尼-布莱尔，以及英国皇室成员。

⾃九⼗年代中以来，徐平⼼成为了真正的“国际⾳乐家”，每年巡回表演，他独奏⾳乐会的现场观众⽬前已达到数⼗ 万之众。 在中国扬琴400年的历史上，尚未有⼈如此⼴泛地将杨琴推向国际舞台。

Pingxin Xu – the yangqin dulcimer master

Highlights:

First to obtain a master degree in Yangqin (Chinese dulcimer) in China (1985)

Wastheyoungest Yangqin professor in the entire country of China (1993)

He graduated from Central Conservatory of Music (diploma) and China Conservatory of Music (Bachelor degree). In 1985 he became one of the first people to be a Master Degree student of the dulcimer in the entire country of China. On graduation in 1987, he became a full-time dulcimer teacher at the Conservatory. In 1993 he was promoted to be an Associated Professor – the youngest one with such a title in the entire institution with over 300 faculty/staff members in that year，also the youngest yangqin associate professor in the entire country at that time.

He had performed in many parts of China. Upon invitation in 1980, as a member of an elite group of musicians, he performed in the International Youth Arts Festival in Hongkong. The following year (1981), he was one of the 3 musicians to be invited to West Germany for a concert tour. These were the relatively early and rare experiences of China’s renewed cultural contact with the outside world after the Cultural Revolution (1966- 76).

In 1988, Gyorgy Ranky, considered the most accomplished Hungarian composer after Kodaly, on his visit to Beijing, was deeply moved by Pingxin Xu’s performance that he arranged a Hungarian dance number for Pingxin Xu with words: ” Dedicated to Pingxin, with admiration and friendship”.

In 1993, Pingxin moved to England and almost immediately became the most popular Chinese musician there with invitations coming in great number from major concert halls which included the renowned South Bank Centre, Barbican Centre, Queen’s Theatre (London), Royal Exchange Theatre (Manchester), Repertory Theatre (Birmingham). In January 1995, he gave a solo recital at the prestigious Purcell Room in London to a full house of enthusiastic audience that gave him long standing ovations. He performed for some of the highest ranked music festivals in Britain, including King’s Lynn, Brighton, Three Choirs, Shepperton, Henley, Edinburgh, and the Llangollen International Music Estedfod in Wales (1995. He was one of the only 3 featured solo acts invited – one of the other two performers was the legendary Luciano Pavarotti).

In 1993 he represented China to perform at the World Dulcimer Congress held in Hungary, and in 1995, he was the only Chinese Dulcimer player invited to perform for the International Dulcimer Festival in Munich, Germany, again at the International Dulcimer Festival in Switzerland, and in Czech Republic subsequently.

From the mid – 1990s, he has become a real international musician, introducing his Chinese dulcimer to hundreds of thousands of amazed audiences from all over the world.

中国爱乐爱团，国家一级圆号演奏家，中国音乐家协会会员、录入中国音乐家名录。

1972年考入武汉音乐学院附中，随钱万耀、梁沛新教授学习，1978年考入武汉音乐学院本科，之后到中央音乐学院继续深造，师从夏之秋、赫踪教授。在这期间，还参加了第一任国际圆号协会主席美国圆号专家道格拉斯·希尔及匈牙利李斯特音乐学院圆号教授陶尔亚尼举办的专家班课程。1982年以优异的成绩毕业并留校任教。在校期间，除担任教学任务之外，还常受到一些专业院团的邀请。1987年，曾作为中国中央交响乐团特邀首席圆号，巡回演出于美国纽约、华盛顿、芝加哥、洛衫机、旧金山等十三个洲、二十多个城市；并作为首席圆号随中央歌剧院交响乐团、北京交响乐团、中国青年交响乐团等其他团体到港澳日韩及欧洲等地，进行过多次访问演出。近几年，还多次随中国爱乐乐团进行了跨越世界的巡回演出。

1983年、1986年在本人的组织推荐下，由中华人民共和国文化部艺术局协助，在武汉音乐学院成功举办了第一、第二届《全国高等音乐院校圆号经验交流会》，并邀请到了中央、上海、西安、四川、沈阳、广州音乐学院及云南、吉林、新疆、广西等几十所音乐艺术院校，参加了此次交流会。本人所写《圆号十年教学大纲》及两篇论文在此次交流会上获得好评；1986年11月获《全国交流会及圆号比赛》演奏第一名及优秀表演奖。2000年7月应国际圆号协会之邀、作为特邀艺术家、国际圆号比赛评委，参加了在北京举办的第三十二届国际圆号协会年会既“国际圆号艺术节”独奏音乐会的演出，并得到各国专家的一致好评。

2015年8月，受美国南犹他州立大学及南犹他州立交响乐团之邀，参加了在美国雪城音乐节的开幕式演出，与南犹他州立交响乐团合作演出了施特劳斯第一圆号协奏曲。在南犹他大学成功举办了铜管室内乐及个人独奏音乐会，同时被聘为该州立大学终身教授和杰出艺术家。

在从事演奏工作的这些年，不仅演奏过大量古今中外交响乐作品，且完整地演奏过几十部中外著名歌剧作品，同时在圆号教学领域方面也培养出多名优秀的演奏员，现都活跃在各自的舞台！

中国⾳乐学院⾳乐教育学硕⼠。1995年考入中国⾳乐学院⾳乐教育系，主修钢琴。1997年师从我国著名⾳乐教育家管建华先⽣学习⾳乐教育学理论。

1999年参加中德⾳乐教育研究课题组，并参与翻译了《美国教师⼿册》。

1999年，以总分第⼀的成绩考入中国⾳乐学院研究部，继续师从管建华教授进⾏研究⽣阶段的学习。在此期间，系统学习了⾳乐⼈类学（⺠族⾳乐学）、⾳乐学历史与现状、传统⾳乐研究、合唱指挥、表演艺术教学法、古代乐论、⾳乐教育学、⻄南少数⺠族传统⾳乐研究、论⽂写作、⾳乐分析与解释等课程，并在北京⼤学社会学系、⼈类学系选修了⽂化⼈类学与社会——⽂化⼈类学理论与⽅法等课程，均取得了优异的成绩。在学习理论课的同时，没有放弃器乐演奏的学习，除继续学习钢琴外，还师从古琴⼤师吴⽂光先⽣学习古琴演奏，也取得了很好的成绩。

2002年，任职于中国⾳乐学院国际交流部，主管外国专家聘请及国际交流事宜。曾主办纪念莫扎特诞辰250周年“莫扎特周”系列活动；“北京国际打击乐节”；“北京国际扬琴⾳乐周”；“北京国际低⾳提琴⾳乐节”；“北京国际钢琴⾳乐节”等⼤型活动。

2006年赴美国参加第⼗⼆届国际女⾳乐家⼤会，并作为第⼗三届国际女⾳乐家⼤会组委会主要成员成功主办了2008北京国际女⾳乐家⼤会，来⾃世界⼆⼗多个国家和地区的150位⾳乐家参加了此次⼤会。

⾃1997年起开始钢琴教学，并受聘在多个比赛中担任评委，所教学⽣在国内各⼤比赛中取得优异成绩。

⾳乐表演硕⼠，美籍华裔⼤提琴演奏家 。13岁开始独 奏，16岁进入⾳乐学院，20岁开始在交响乐团担任独奏和⼤提琴⾸ 席等。在中国⾸届⼤提琴比赛中获“优秀演奏奖”。

曾担任湖南艺术 学院⾳乐系⼤提琴教授，全国考级评委。功成名就时选择赴美深 造，以⾼GPA获得⾳乐表演硕⼠学位。她的⾳乐会演出频繁，观众 喜欢她热情⽽细腻的表演，被誉为“舞台上的精灵”、“为⾳乐⽽⽣ 的⼈”、“女版⻢友友”等。除独奏外，也在不同的交响乐团担任⾸ 席和副⾸席。⽬前，她是美国加州⾳乐教师协会会员暨考级 评委，北加州华⼈⾳乐教师协会会员。

少小时与著名琵琶演奏家，教育家王范地学习琵琶。 1978经过激烈竞争，以优秀成绩考入中国最高音乐学府-“中央音乐学院”民乐系． 与王范地学习琵琶, 与王仲丙学习阮，与李祥霆学习古琴。

1982年毕业后任“中国音乐学院”国乐系本科全职教师

1986 应菲律宾总统夫人邀请。 作为中菲两国政府文化交流项目，随由刘明源，项祖华，王范地，张维良等组成的高规格的“中国音乐家代表团”赴菲律宾巡回演出。

1987年苗晓芸所在的“中国音乐学院” 音乐小组在中国“首届海内外江南丝竹比赛”中获得表演一等奖。

在中国音乐学院国乐系任教的13年中，苗晓芸培养了大批弹拨乐专业人才，有的获得全国音乐比赛的大奖。 许多学生现在已是中国香港台湾新加坡各音乐学院或中乐团的骨干。其中包括：

Xiaoyun Miao – expert in Chinese Plucked Instruments (Pipa/Ruan/Guzheng/Guqin)

Xiaoyun Miao started to play the pipa at an early age. In 1978, she won the fierce competition to enter China’s top music conservatory – Central Music Conservatory in Beijing.

In the Conservatory, she learned Pipa with Wang Fandi, Ruan with Pang Yuzhang, and Guqin with Li Xiangting. 

In 1982, upon graduation, she became a full-time teacher at the China Conservatory of Music, another top music academy in China. 

In 1986, she and her high profile ensemble group were invited to perform in the Philippines on an inter-governmental cultural exchange program in which the First Lady of that country was their host. 

In 1987, she, together with her group from the Conservatory, won the top prize in the 1st nationwide Jiangnan Sizhu (Chinese folk ensemble) Competition held in Shanghai. 

During the 13 years as a full-time teacher at the Conservatory, she taught numerous students, some of whom have now become associate professors in music conservatories in China or principal players in State Central Chinese Orchestra, Kaosiong State Chinese Orchestra, Singapore State Chinese Orchestra, and Chairman at Singapore Ruan Association. 

In 1995 she moved to England. During her fours years of staying in London, she toured the UK as well Europe extensively at some of the major venues: including Cultural Bridge Arts Festival (Holland), Jersey World Music Festival, Guernsey Music Festival, Three Choirs Festival, International Music Festival in Czech, Harley Festival, Switzerland’s Cultural Festival, and regularly at the prestigious South Bank Centre in London.

In 1999 she worked with the renowned Switzerland composer/harpist Andreas Vollenweider in recording a well-received album of New Age music.

In 1998, her own album was produced/released by the leading producer of World Music – ARC Music International (UK). This album is distributed worldwide. Major CD stores such as Virgin Records, and Tower Records have carried her album for many years up to the present day.

She has settled in Toronto since 1999 and continues her career as a teacher and performing musician.

中国音乐家协会竹笛学会会员，中国音乐家协会广东会员,原广东音像出版社高级录音师、音乐编辑，著名音乐制作人，美国中文电台粤语台《国乐漫谈》主持人。1983 年 毕业于中国广州音乐学院附中(六年制)笛 子演奏专业，1987 年毕业广州星海音乐学院(四年制)笛子演奏专业。在校期间，1985 年曾代表中国青年 音乐家，参加香港国际青年音乐艺术节演出，得到好评。他的演奏《山村迎亲人》和广东音乐、潮州音乐 被澳洲悉尼音乐学院图书馆收录。曾获得第四届羊城音乐花会新作品演奏金奖，曾获“京、津、汉、穗” 器乐比赛三等奖。因许氏精通广东音乐、广东汉乐、潮州音乐，1995 主编的 <<雅乐>>获得人民日报最佳盒 带，1998 年受邀前往澳门录制回归 CD,1999 年获得文化部金唱片奖。2007 年移民来美，并聘为加州中 乐团的导师。在 2014-2016 期间，聘为美国硅谷-爱乐音专的笛子老师和火凤青年国乐团的独奏演 员。2014-2017 三次被邀请为斯坦福中国音乐器乐比赛评委。2016 年被邀请参加美国三藩市金门 交响乐团和合唱团《岁月甘泉》洞箫领奏演出。2015-2017 年间，先后出访多伦多、葡萄牙，西 班牙演出，深受欢迎。斯坦福中乐团音乐导师，美国 Inspiration 音乐工作室的音乐监制。

Xu, Zhuoming is a Chinese flute & Chinese woodwinds musician, a member of Chinese Musician Association and a famous music producer. Mr. Xu graduated from Guangzhou Music Conservatory in 1987. In 1985, he performed in Hong Kong International Youth Arts Festival. Because he had been studying Chinese music for more than 30 years, he is familiar with Chinese music and excellent at in music appreciation. He has been performing in California Chinese Orchestra since 2007, and became one of their music instructors as well. 2014 – 2016, he was an instructor who was teaching Dizi at Aimusic School and a Dizi soloist of Firebird Youth Chinese Orchestra. 2014- 2017, he was invited as a judge three times for United States International Music Competition. In 2016, he performed with Golden Gate Bridge Orchestra in San Francisco and Berkeley, playing Ask The Sky and The Earth. 2015-2017, he was invited to perform at various concerts and music festivals in Toronto, Portugal and Spain. In addition, he is an instructor of Chinese Orchestra of Stanford University and also a music producer of Inspiration Studio in the U.S.A

Franco Kong, a baritone, was born in China into a musical family. 

Franco possesses the British citizenship and is now living in the UK. He obtained the full scholarship for studying at the Xinghai Conservatoire, where he was conferred a Bachelor’s Degree. After graduation, he was awarded the Norman Gristwood scholarship to study a postgraduate certificate course at Trinity College of Music London. 

Franco is an accomplished opera oratorio and recital artist. His opera debut was the Count Almaviva in “le nozze di Figaro” performed in Xinghai Conservatoire, in which he vividly acted the role of Casper in “Joe Carpenter and Son” in the world premiere Opera. He won several awards in China and the UK respectively. While his stage performances, working with Wexford Festival Opera, Dublin Grand Opera, Birmingham Opera Co, Chelsea Opera Group, English Touring Opera, Coro Lirico Sandonatese Italy, Ahmadi Music Group (Kuwait), English Festival Opera, Almeida Opera, Linden Baroque Orchestra, Opera Box, London Opera Player, British youth Opera, Garsington Opera, New Sussex Opera, Heritage Opera, Kentish Opera and Apollo Opera etc. have been acclaimed, his many recitals and oratorio performances have also taken him to the Royal Opera House (Lunch time concert in Crash Room) Queen Elizabeth Hall, The Purcell Room, Sadler’s Wells Theatre, St. James (Piccadilly), Southwark Cathedral, Brandown Hall (Swansea), Tyne Theatre (Newcastle) Royal Exchange Theatre (Manchester) Blackheath Concert Hall (London)Holland Park Theatre etc.

5岁开始在家庭的熏陶下学习音乐,曾师承于中国多位著名二胡演奏家,又得我国著名二胡大师闵惠芬的悉心传授,曾获鹿城之春音乐比赛二胡表演一等奖,1982年以全国二胡专业第一名的成绩考入上海音乐学院民族音乐系二胡本科,多次获得沈心工奖学金.1986年成功在上海举办个人二胡演奏会.同年进入上海民族乐团,曾担任该团二胡首席,在任职20年期间,多次参与上海;全国及世界性的大型文化艺术演出活动:如艺术节;电影节;民乐专场音乐会;普及音乐会;澳门国际艺术节等上千场,以及参加唱片及电影音乐录制等工作,与著名豫剧艺术家红线女,著名歌唱家宋祖英;德德玛;吴雁泽;毛阿敏;高胡大师余其伟;二胡大师闵惠芬等合作演出.随乐团多次在维也纳的金色大厅;德国;法国;比利时;新加波;澳门;香港台湾等地巡回演出,曾为前中国国家主席江泽民和来访的美国前总统布什的音乐会中演出.经上海市艺术系列高级专业技术职务审定委员会审定,获高级二胡专业技术职务资格证书.她是中国音乐家协会,上海音乐家协会,中国民族管弦乐学会,中国音乐家协会二胡学会等中国国家专业协会会员.受上海广播电台特邀,录制出版<相望>二胡独奏个人专辑.每周广播电视报刊登艺海之星栏目,专题介绍她的二胡演奏,上海人民广播电台曾多次在乐海之星及难忘今宵等音乐栏目,采访并介绍播放她的二胡独奏专题节目.2005年移民加拿大,多次作为特邀嘉宾参加安省海外华人青年交响乐团,范上娥古筝学院等音乐会二胡独奏.2005年世界日报专题为二胡曲艺不同凡响,2008年世界日报A13版都市新闻,介绍来自上海的二胡演奏家林筱秋专业立足加国.受加拿大Rogers电视台专题采访.加拿大新时代电视台新风采栏目,制作专题采访节目.2008年及2010年,多次与加拿大著名的Ron Korb龙笛乐团合作,参加加拿大大型春节联欢晚会,演奏经典的二胡独奏曲<战马奔腾>及<梁祝>等,WOW TV电视台同时向中国大陆转播联欢晚会的实况.多次与加拿大著名长笛演奏家Ron Korb本人合作,举办 East Meet West 二胡与长笛的个人音乐会.多次应中华人民共和国驻多伦多总领事邀请,在重大的宴会和招待会上演出,常在多伦多的公立学校普及弘扬中国民族音乐.她参加录制的Ron Korb<美丽亚洲>音乐专辑,获得2016年美国格莱美最佳新时代专辑提名奖.2017年及2018年被邀担任加拿大国际青少年大赛评委,同年,受多伦多交响乐团应邀,在该团举办的中国新年交响音乐会上二胡独奏<战马奔腾>,由多伦多交响乐团协奏.2019年应加拿大澳门之友音乐团体邀请,参加赴澳门文化交流演出活动.她的演奏细腻委婉,音色甜美,具有丰富的舞台经念.同时也是位资深的音乐教育家.

Xiaoqiu LIN

An excellent Erhu performer, learnt Erhu / music at age of 5 and obtained unique and necessary yet valuable performing skills from various famous Erhu players, especially from Erhu Master performer Huifen Min who taught and took her as one of her few well-selected students. After graduation as a Bachelor of Arts from Shanghai Conservatory of Music majoring Erhu, she had been being employed by Shanghai Folk Philharmonic Orchestra for more than 20 years and later seated as chief Erhu performer in the Orchestra. During this 20 years, she performed with the Orchestra for variety of important events such as two times in Vienna Grand Golden Hall to celebrate new year, performance trip in Germany, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, special concerts for former chairman Zheming Jiang and former US president George Bush. In the light of her excellent performance and rich stage experience, Shanghai Radio Station made special reports on her Erhu performance several times and she was also asked to record her Erhu solo album “Seeing Each Other”. She participated in many Concerts playing Erhu solo as special guests of Autumn Zheng Concert and 9th Anniversary Gala Concert by Oversea Chinese Music Society, also performed together with famous flutist Ron Korb in 2008 and 2010 Toronto Chinese Spring Festival Gala and East Meet West Concerts several times with Ron Korb. She recorded ERHU songs in Ron Korb’s “Asia Beauty” album which had been nominated for 2016 Grammy Awards for Best New Age Album. In 2017 and 2018 was invited as special judge of Canadian International Music Competition and in 2018 was invited as special guest of performing solo “Battle Horse Galloping” with TSO (Toronto Symphony Orchestra).In 2019,she participated trip performance with Amigu Di Macau as key performance playing Erhu. Her performance is exquisite and mild with sweet timbre. She has been being an excellent senior Erhu teacher in China and Toronto.

评审主席团主席：吴海犇Haiben Wu – Viola/Violin

Violist/violinist Haiben Wu was born in Shanghai, China, where he began his study of the violin at the age of four with his father and two of his uncles.

Wu attended Shanghai Conservatory of Music and received his bachelor’s degree in viola performance. As a principal player with the Conservatory Orchestra, Wu has toured in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Wu has participated in the Pacific Music Festival in Japan as an honored young artist. He was featured in the documentary PMF, THE MEETING ’94, to perform with the principal players of the Vienna Philharmonic under the baton of Christoph Eschenbach. Haiben Wu has been invited to the Norfolk Music Festival in Quebec, Canada and the Tanglewood Music Festival in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts, working with luminary musicians such as Claudio Abbado, Seiji Ozawa, Andre Previn, Yo-Yo Ma, and Yuri Bashmet. Wu received his Master of Music degree from Rutgers University where he studied with Michael Tree and Paul Neubauer. 

As an active performer, Wu played with orchestras such as Boston Symphony Orchestra, Manhattan Chamber Orchestra, Princeton Symphony Orchestra, Plainfield Symphony Orchestra, Edison Symphony Orchestra, and Tim Keyes Consort.

As a teacher, he taught at Westminster Conservatory of Rider University. As a gust artist, Haiben was invited to teach in Chamber Music Dolomiti, Italy in 2019. Since 2007, Wu is a devoted teacher at Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart. 

吴海犇出生于中国上海，四岁开始随父亲和两位伯父学习小提琴。吴先生曾就读于上海音乐学院附中主修中提琴，师从吴菲菲；1997年毕业于上海音乐学院本科，师从沈西蒂。就读期间，他作为上海音乐学院中提琴首席在北京、上海、广州、西安、香港、台湾等地巡演。1994、1997两次获得全额奖学金参加在日本举行的Pacific Music Festival。吴先生曾经代表亚洲杰出青年艺术家出演纪录片“PMF, THE MEETING ‘94”, 在影片中海犇与维也纳爱乐乐团的弦乐首席同台演出室内乐，担任指挥的是Christoph Eschenbach。吴先生还受邀于加拿大Norfolk Music Festival 和美国Tanglewood Music Festival。同台演出的艺术家包括Claudio Abbado, Seiji Ozawa, Andre Previn, Yo-Yo Ma and Yuri Bashmet。1998年，吴海犇再次获得全额奖学金赴美国师从Michael Tree, Paul Neubauer；2001年毕业于Rutgers University, 获取硕士学位。

曾任武汉乐团(现为武汉爱乐)⾸席指挥、乐团团⻓、武汉⾳乐家协会第⼀届副主席。

⼩提琴⾸席出⾝的指挥家，曾指挥过⽆数⼤型交响乐、歌剧、舞剧、合唱、及电影、电视剧、专题纪录片、⼴播电视配乐，并向国内外发⾏。

从⼤型史诗东⽅红 、芭蕾舞剧⽩⽑女、红⾊娘⼦军、歌舞剧刘三姐、啓明星等⾄多部电影⾳乐、电视⾳乐如：三峽情思，五⼆班⽇记等⾳乐编曲、配乐、及指挥演出及录制，从⻉多芬、柴可夫斯基、格⾥格等世界名曲到交响⼤合唱黃河、七⼀六交响⼤合唱、春江花⽉夜等，百余部佳作，创造了⽆数的经典。其中歌剧「啓明星」获得⽂化部全国歌剧汇演⼀等奖。

曾发表的⽂献包括:「指挥与指挥棍」、「古典 乐派与维也维古典乐派」、「速度及速度的选择」、⾼尚的⼈格，精堪的技艺——（看指挥⼤师李德伦先⽣排练有感）。

唐虹女⾼⾳歌唱家：

毕业于中央⺠族⼤学⾳ 乐学院声乐系，主攻⻄洋美声唱法。毕业后进入总政 军乐团担任独唱演员，积累了丰富的舞台表演经验。 

近年来致⼒于声乐教学⼯作，创办了唐虹歌唱艺术学 校。学校成立以来，在教学理念上积极创新，教学与 舞台实践紧密结合，成绩显著，桃李芬芳，培养了⼀ 批崭露头⾓的少⼉歌⼿，活跃在多伦多和中国的歌坛 上和舞台上，并在多项⾳乐比赛上取得优异成绩，受 到社会各界的⼴泛关注和赞誉。

学⽣李成宇更是走向 了中国和美国的国际⼤舞台，成为著名的国际⼩童星。 

笛子演奏家：王平

2008年取得天津音乐学院学士学位。2003年在全国民族器乐比赛专业比赛中获得二等奖，并组成“群芳争艳”女子乐队活跃于不同形式的演出。期间，曾多次代表中国政府应邀访问欧洲进行文化交流演出。2008年成功举办竹笛独奏音乐会。移民加拿大后，组建女子“竹韵坊”组合，参加“尼亚加拉中国节”，，“国乐精英耀多城”,庆祝加拿大国庆，以及华人春晚等演出。2017年参加由皇家音乐学院组建的New Canadaian Global Music Orchestra. 2019-2020年随Kune乐团进行了加拿大美国巡演。同时从事笛子葫芦丝长笛器乐的教学，学生均通过了中央民族管弦协会和皇家音乐学院主办的考级，教学成果丰硕。

10 岁开始学习长笛，师从父亲谭蜜子，1978 年考入上海音乐学院附中，师从长笛教

授林克铭，并以优异成绩免考直升上海音乐学院本科学习，期间参加了法国长笛大师郎帕尔先生和马里翁先生亲自授课的大师班，深受大师们的赞赏。1986 年以优异的成绩毕业。擅长演奏长笛的各类作品，教学和乐队演奏经验极为丰富，多伦多皇家音乐学院注册老师，辅导学生考级。

曹丽娜青年古筝演奏家：

上海音乐学院古筝硕士研究生，多伦多音乐家协会会员,美国联邦音乐家协会会员, 中国音乐家协会古筝学会会员。师承上海音乐学院著名古筝演奏家、教育家王蔚教授。

曹丽娜在中国举办过多场古筝独奏音乐会和室内乐音乐会，广受好评。曾邀出访亚洲，北美以及欧洲等国进行艺术交流，并在中日友好音乐会中获“世界和平事业向上”国际感谢状。与江苏省民族乐团演奏古筝协奏曲《秦淮随想》由芝加哥The WFMT Radio Network网站对演出进行全场录播。曾由曹丽娜担任主奏的墨语古筝组合，是中国第一个同时获得中国音乐“金钟奖”、中国文化部政府奖“文华奖”的古筝室内乐团。2020年，墨语古筝组合首张专辑由环球音像出版发行。

2017年旅居加拿大后，曹丽娜受邀与中国广播电影交响乐团、加拿大儿童歌剧公司、多伦多中乐团、加拿大东方民族乐团、红枫华乐团合作，加拿大中西方交响乐团，首演了“Reincarnation”， “Tempered Moon” 、“Buddha’s Song”， 以及歌剧“The Monkiest King”等作品，并受邀在多伦多大学音乐系，约克大学音乐系，UCC，TFS开设讲座。由曹丽娜参与演奏的儿童歌剧“The Monkiest King ”曾获得2019加拿大第40届Dora“杰出室内乐演奏奖”提名。该歌剧于2020年由加拿大儿童歌剧院灌制CD，并由加拿大音乐中心发行。曹丽娜已成为活跃于加拿大音乐舞台的青年古筝演奏家。

Lina Cao, a young guzheng musician, is also a member of the Toronto Musicians Association (TMA 149)，American Federation of Musicians and Guzheng Society of Chinese Musicians Association. Lina was taught by Professors Yan Aihua, Ren Jie who are a guzheng master and educator in Nanjing University of the Arts and Professor Wang Wei who is a Guzheng master and an educator in Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and Lina received master’s degree in Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2016.

Lina Cao received popular acclaim when she held guzheng solo concerts and chamber-music concerts in many cities in China. She has been invited to visit many Asian, North American and European countries for artistic exchanges. Lina was invited to attend Sino-Japanese Friendship Concert and was awarded an international gratitude certificate of “The Cause of World Peace” in 2011. In 2015, Lina was unanimously applauded when she played the Chinese zither concerto “Qinhuai Capriccio” with Jiangsu Nationalities Orchestra. Moreover, the performance was taped by The WFMT Radio the Network website from Chicago. Moyu Guzheng Group mainly played by Cao Lina is the first guzheng philharmonic society who won the two most authoritative awards of China: the highest music award “The Golden Bell Awards” and top prize of Chinese Ministry of Culture “Wen Hua Award”. The album of the MoYu Guzheng Chamber was Pulished by Beijing Global Audio & Video Publishing House.

After living in Canada in 2017, Lina Cao was invited to premieres many pieces of music like “Reincarnation”, “Tempered Moon”, “Buddha’s Song” and an opera “The Monkiest” in cooperation with the Chinese Radio and Film Symphony Orchestra, the Music Department of the University of Toronto, the Canadian Children’s Opera Company, the Toronto Chinese Orchestra, and the Chinese-Western Symphony Orchestra etc. Lina was invited to give lectures in the Music Department of the University of Toronto, the Music Department of York University, UCC and TFS. Lina participated in the performance of the children’s opera “the Monkiest King” was nominated for the 40th Dora “Outstanding Performance Ensemble” of Canada in 2019. The opera was produced on CD by the Canadian Children’s Opera Company in 2020 and released by the Canadian Music Center. Lina Cao became a young guzheng player who was active in the Canadian music stage.

自6岁起开始学习古筝，师从古筝世家曹永安先生（河南曹派古筝主要继承人之一）。

曾就读武汉音乐学院附小，师从高雁教授(武汉音乐学院副院长）后以全国古筝专业第一名的成绩考入武汉音乐学院附中，也是唯一的一名公费生。附中6年期间为了进一步提高专业技能，在高雁教授的推荐下多次赴京跟从中央音乐学院周望教授学习，并得到认可。随后又以专业第一名的成绩升人武汉音乐学院民乐系，师从赵毅教授。大学期间除了进一步提高自己的艺术修养，还帮助老师分担音乐学院附中部分古筝教学工作。焦平基本功扎实，情感表达细腻并富有激情，音色柔美的同时又具有爆发力，形成自己独特的演奏风格。

2005年4月在湖北编钟音乐厅成功举办了个人专场毕业音乐会，得到广大爱好者以及专业人士的一至好评。

整个学习历程长达17年，在此期间参加过各种大小比赛，乃至全国性的专业大赛。曾获全国古筝“大枫杯”邀请赛专业组二等奖、全国学院杯专业组一等奖、中央电视台民族器乐大赛江西选拔赛一等奖等各种奖项。

毕业后一直任教于国内艺术学院，担任古筝专业教师。在长达10余年的教学工作中培养啦大量的专业人才，均以优异的成绩分别考入各大音乐学院及其它专业艺术院校。2015年定居加拿大多伦多后继续从事古筝教学工作，以及参加各种形式的大小型演出。2016年应邀参加渥太华国会山中秋晚会演出，特鲁多总理亲临现场。2017年、2018年被邀请担任加拿大国际青少年音乐大赛评委，学生均获得优异成绩，之后学生继续进入美国斯坦福大学参赛，先后获得荣誉奖，三等奖的好成绩，得到美国斯坦福大学古筝老师的赞扬！ 2018年焦平还与其他两位著名的音乐演奏家共同创建了＂东方印象＂新民乐品牌，主要将古典与现代、传统与流行相结合的形式进行创作和演奏。目前创作曲目包括＂华鼓筝鸣＂、＂西行赋＂、并于2018年9月在北美首演，大获成功，受到业内人士和媒体的一致好评。2019年6月“东方印象”在多伦多举办了首场专场音乐会，并推出了一首全新的作品“春雨江南”又一次大获成功。

李 琳 虹 琵琶演奏家：

中国音乐家协会会员，拉斯维加斯《李琳虹民乐团》团长兼导师。自幼学琴，师从于中国音乐学院著名琵琶演奏家林石城教授，国乐演奏家方锦龙先生。1982年获中国中央文化部举办的 “全国民族乐器独奏比赛” 琵琶独奏银质奖。1993年代表中国赴美国参加犹他州举办的国际民间艺术节，曾出访英国、法国、丹麦、挪威等国家，担任琵琶独奏。

留美后，加入汉声乐团，在南加州，北加州演出、讲学，介绍中国传统乐器和音乐。参与美国教育经济公司，三藩市交响乐团，洛杉矶音乐中心等机构的多元文化教育节目。得到中英文媒体，星岛日报，国际日报，侨报，26电视台，4号电视台，中国中央CCTV 4台国际频道《华人世界》，以及美国PBS电视台的专题采访报道。

2008年创办了美国拉斯维加斯《李琳虹民乐团》她所培养的学生参加“美国国际音乐大赛”在古筝、二胡和琵琶项目中多次荣获大奖，为此加州“中国音乐教师协会”颁发了优秀教师奖。2019年“美国华音杯”音乐比赛中4名学生获得金牌。曾策划指导了20多场专场音乐会。李琳虹老师和她的乐团为丰富内华达州的文化生活所做出的特殊贡献荣获美国移民局，参议员Harry Reid，国会代表Joe Heck，内华达州汉德森市长颁发的奖状。

曾担任北加州中国音乐教师协会举办的《国际青少年音乐比赛》评委。“沙漠春节”音乐庆典文化时尚民乐文化总指导。2016年曾受邀参加《第二届方锦龙中国深圳福田民族音乐周》在琵琶家族炫福田中外名曲音乐会上担任琵琶独奏。

Known as a pipa virtuoso, Linhong Li was a member of the Chinese Musicians Association and is currently the Director of the Li Linhong Chinese Music Ensemble. She began playing pipa at an early age and studied under Professor Lin Shicheng, a renowned pipa virtuoso at the China Conservatory of Music, and Mr. Fang Jinlong, well-known Musician/Artist. In 1982, she won the solo silver medal in the “China Traditional Musical Instruments Solo Competition” organized by the Central Ministry of Culture. In 1993, she represented China and performed at the International Folk Art Festival held in Utah. As a Pipa Soloist, she has performed in the United Kingdom, France, Denmark, Norway, and other countries.

After moving to the US, Director Li joined the Hansheng Orchestra where she performed and lectured throughout California to introduce traditional Chinese Musical instruments and music. She participated in the US Educational Economics Corporation, San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, and the Los Angeles Music Center. Director Li has been featured in a number of reports by Chinese and US Medias such as Sing Tao Daily, International Daily, Overseas Chinese News, Channel 26, Channel 4 in California, Berkeley Radio, China’s Central CCTV 4 International channel’s “Chinese World”, and US PBS TV show.

In 2008, Director Li founded the “Li Lin Hong Chinese Music Ensemble” in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under her tutelage, ensemble members and students competed in the US International Music Competition earning impressive awards in Guzheng, Erhu, Ruan, and Pipa categories. In recognition, she was named “Excellent Teacher” by the Chinese Music Teachers Association of Northern California. 4 students competed and won gold medals at the 2019 Huain Cup International Chinese Instrument Competition. She has orchestrated, produced, and directed more than 20 music concerts. Together with her ensemble, they received recognitions and commendations from the US Immigration Service, US Senator Harry Reid, US Representative Joe Heck, and Henderson Mayor for their special contributions to enriching the cultural life of Nevada.

Director Li has served as a Judge at the International Youth Music Competition organized by the Northern California Chinese Music Teachers Association and was the Lead Director of Music and Culture for the “Las Vegas Spring Festival.” In 2016, she was invited to take part in the 2nd Fang Jinlong Shenzhen Futian Traditional Folk Music Week and performed as a Pipa Soloist at the Chinese and Overseas Classics Concert.

Li Wang began her dulcimer studies at the age of 7, and she began drumming at a later age. She obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Shanxi. She studied with many renowned artists such as Yang Jingmin, Zheng Baoheng, dulcimer master and reformer and Cao Jinqi, Chen Huaqiang drum master in China.

Li’ unique blend of rock, jazz, blues, and Chinese flavored rhythms can be heard with her two albums, and has also toured many festivals and clubs across various parts of Canada.

Over 20 years, Wang Li has been teaching a full roster of students, from 5 years old to adults encompassing a variety of skill levels. Li customizes her lessons to the individual and will help you reach your goals.

In 2006 Wang li was invited as featured dulcimer soloist to perform at the Indian River Festival, her performance was live broadcasted by CBC. In 2008 as a special guest musician, she was interviewed by “Classic Music FM 96.3”. Over the last 10 years Li has given performances at many concerts for Chinese community. She has also performed at various open-air venues, including Mariposa Folk Festival and Mill Race Festival Traditional Music to name a few.

王莉 加拿大多伦多王莉音乐学校&打击乐中心创始人，现为多伦多艺术家中心会员。

自幼师从中国著名扬琴演奏家教育家改革家、为中国民族音乐做出杰出贡献的中国现代扬琴之父扬竟明先生，郑宝恒教授，打击乐演奏家曹金琪老师、陈华强教授和多位名家,毕业于山西音乐学院。长期从事音乐教育并活跃于各种大型文艺演出，博采众长，演奏艺术日臻成熟，形成了大气而不失细腻的独特演奏风格。

移民加拿大后，王莉继续从事音乐教育及表演，先后录制了“忆事曲”及“飘往”两张独奏专辑。她的演出足迹遍及多伦多、渥太华、蒙特利尔、魁北克、伦敦及爱德华王子岛等地区。举办的多场音乐会均受到新闻媒体相关报道及个人专访。

2006年，加拿大广播公司（CBC）“Big city, small world”节目组对王莉做了个人专题采访介绍并直播，同年她还应邀参加“The Indian River Festival” 加拿大艺术术节，演出极为成功，CBC全程录音并发行了相关CD。2008年，王莉在 “Classic Music FM 96.3” 节目中录制女子三人室内乐，博得听众的好评及喜爱。在2011年潭蜜子先生作品“泥土的芬芳”音乐会上，王莉精湛的爵士鼓独奏赢得满场热烈掌声。时隔不久，在加拿大华人艺术家中心举办的2011、2012年春节晚会及2018年名家名曲音乐会上，演奏扬琴及打击乐和排鼓独奏，再次展现出其独特才华。2013年7月应邀参加加拿大最具规模的第53届 “MARIPOSA FOLK FESTIVAL”，同年8月及2015年8月，王莉又先后受邀表演于具有历史的加拿大第19及21届 MILL RACE FESTIVAL TRADITIONAL MUSIC”音乐节，她是音乐节百名表演者中唯一的亚裔音乐家。2014年参加了加拿大国家电视台在Sony Center 举办的首次春节联欢晚会，她以其驾轻就熟的大鼓独奏技巧和极富感染力的表演，博得了观众的一致好评。当年6月在CBC 广播电视厅亚洲文化月的首场演出中，带领数名弟子鼓手与几位音乐家共奏凯歌，气势不凡。

王莉音乐学校近年来成功举办过多次个人师生音乐会及各类社会活动和演出，这种为成人及青少年音乐爱好者量身定制的音乐大餐，深受学生及家长们的欢迎和喜爱。其众多学生中在学校和其它乐队中担任首席鼓手和各类音乐比赛中获得奖项及部分同学考取艺术类院校。

万兰珍 二胡古琴教育家：

毕业于武汉⾳乐学院⼆胡专业。

⼀直在⼴⻄艺术学院教学⾄今。中国⺠族管弦乐学会会员，⼆胡学 会会员。现任⼴⻄⺠族管弦乐学会古琴专业委员会会⻓，⻓ 期担任中国⺠族管弦乐学会社会艺术⽔平考级古琴专业及⼆ 胡专业⾼级考官。演奏⻛格劲健潇洒，收放⾃如，擅弹《春 晓吟》、《忆故⼈》、《平沙落雁》等曲。从上世纪九⼗年 代起在⼴⻄开展古琴演奏及教学活动，是较早在⼴⻄区内进⾏古琴⽂化推⼴和普及的⾳乐⼯作者。

Alexandr Nabokov ：

has been playing guitar for over 20 years, specializing in improvisation.

He provided live accompaniment to theatre performances, composed soundtracks to independent films and documentaries. Active in the multicultural music scene of Toronto, he recorded albums with various bands, played NXNE (North by Northeast) Festival, toured Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China as a member of an orchestra. 

He is interested in musical theatre and storytelling, and has recently played concerts in Tokyo in collaboration with a dance and mime theatre production. 

亚历山大·纳博科夫(alexander Nabokov)演奏吉他超过20年，擅长即兴演奏。

他为戏剧表演提供现场伴奏，为独立电影和纪录片作曲。他活跃于多伦多多元文化的乐坛，与多支乐队合作录制专辑，参加东北北部音乐节，并作为乐团成员赴香港和中华人民共和国巡演。

他对音乐剧和讲故事感兴趣，最近在东京与舞蹈和哑剧作品合作举办音乐会。

Yuki Zhong （钟⽂敏）歌唱家：

Studied vocal performance at Conservatory of Music in China when she was sixteen years old. 

She placed first in a vocal competition while there. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music when she was 20 years old. 

In 2013 she graduated in a master class given by Professor Roxolana Roslak at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. 

Currently, she is a member of Toronto Tian-En Artist Fellowship, Chinese Artists’ Society of Toronto, and CHN-CAN International Cultural Artists’ Federation. 

She was a vocal judge in 2017 ， 2018 at the Canadian Young Artists ’ International Music Competition. 

刘蕾 ：琵琶，中阮，柳琴教育家：

琵琶，中阮，柳琴演奏及⾳乐教育， 英国朴茨茅斯⼤学教育与培训管理硕⼠。 

现任职加拿⼤⻄部⾼地蒙托梭利机构，服 务于MOMA多元⽂化艺术教育中⼼, 于2019 年成立刘蕾⾳乐⼯作室，同时是密⻄沙加 琵琶乐坊和密⻄沙加华⾳乐社的创办⼈。 

曾在加拿⼤中⽂电台举办的《四海同声》⼤型春节晚会，密 ⻄沙加市举办的《多元⽂化节》活动；多伦多枫彩艺术团 《⽉朗枫情》等各种⼤⼤⼩⼩的晚会担任演奏嘉宾，在北美 中乐团和东⽅⺠族乐团担任琵琶，中阮，柳琴的演奏。 

Lei Liu, a Pipa(Chinese Lute), Zhongruan and liuqin player, a Music Educator, a Master on education and training management from Portsmouth University, UK. 

Ms. Liu is a music teacher at Western Heights Montessori Academy. She also is the founder of Mississauga Chinese Lute Club and Mississauga Chinese Music Club (Huayin Music Group-Liu Lei Music Studio). 

She is participating many Chinese music performances in the community.

UEC is a famous songwriter in Canada, he graduated from university of Toronto and also holds credentials in Conservatory Rudiments, Harmony, Counterpoint and music history and has essentially completed this portion of the curriculum along with his grade 10 Conservatory piano (practical) qualification. He loves music, he has since spearheaded and taken part in many creative projects spanning genres such as top 40/pop, hip hop, EDM and urban – projects that saw him performing his original songs at notable venues such as MuchMusic and the Rogers Centre. UEC finally co-founded and developed Track Ops Music in 2013 to provide a platform from which he (and his team) can launch their works to music publishers, labels and management teams alike, both domestically as well as globally.

Vanessa Li：青年古筝演奏家

中国乐器协会会员，中华儿童文化艺术促进会音乐教育专家，多伦多澜音古筝乐坊创始人。六岁习筝，毕业于东北大学大连艺术学院，先后师从于沈阳音乐学院副教授芦雁、中国音乐学院青年教师，青年演奏家杨西。

在校期间先后获得多个国家及省市奖项，代表校省市参加公开课和公开演出及个人和室内乐音乐会，多次代表学院参加全国及省内音乐学院高校比赛，获得省市的好评，在校期间以专业第一成绩受聘于市实验小学古筝教学。

十余年的教学中，曾连续获得中国民族管弦乐考级优秀指导教师，连续四年评为中国音乐家协会优秀考级教师，第五届中华环球艺术大赛优秀指导教师，第六届香港艺术青年节优秀指导教师，并担任中华环球艺术大赛民乐专业评委。于2013年移居多伦多继续进行古筝教育及中国文化的传承，受邀至各大晚会及活动担任演奏嘉宾，多伦多华裔小姐最佳杰出才艺奖指导教师。在Wowtv, Dolce De Soleil Music等电台节目进行中国民族乐器的发扬及传承，并受安省政府的邀请宣传中国民族乐器文化，同时担任北京电视台才艺选拔大赛等加拿大民乐大赛评委。

双簧管演奏家：张明 （Ming Chang）

出生在一个音乐世家，父亲为知名大学的音乐系主任，教授，自幼受到良好的音乐熏陶，8岁开始学习小提琴，11岁随哥哥学习双簧管演奏, 每年多次在北京学习，师从中央音乐学院著名双簧管教育家祝盾教授，和中国交响乐团首席双簧管章棣和先生。16岁考入河南省歌舞剧院交响乐团演奏双簧管。

1978年以高分考入武汉音乐学院，是1977和1978年改革开放后唯一被录取的双簧管专业大学生，师从夏国强教授，1982年以高分的优异成绩大学毕业，并留校任教大学和附中， 同时在武汉音乐学院东方交响乐团担任双簧管首席。

1984年自费留学美国攻读双簧管专业研究生，同时获得了茱莉亚音乐学院双簧管专业硕士助教奖学金， 耶鲁音乐学院双簧管专业博士助教奖学金， 和纽约皇后大学亚伦科普兰音乐学院双簧管专业硕士助教奖学金，曾在纽约的多个知名交响乐团演出， 师从著名美国茱莉亚音乐学院双簧管教授和纽约交响乐团首席双簧管演奏家Ronald Roseman先生。

Ming Chang was born in a musical family. His father was the dean and professor of the music department of a well-known university. He has been influenced by good music since childhood. He began to learn violin at the age of 8, and learned oboe with his brother at the age of 11. He studied in Beijing several times a year under the tutelage of Professor Zhu Dun, a famous oboe educator from the Central Conservatory of Music, and Mr. Zhang Dihe, the principal oboe player of the China Symphony Orchestra. At the age of 16, he was admitted to the Henan Provincial Song and Dance Symphony Orchestra to play oboe.

In 1978, he was admitted to the Wuhan Conservatory of Music with a high score and was the only oboe student admitted after the reform and opening up in 1977 and 1978. He studied under Professor Xia Guoqiang and Professor Zhu Dun in Beijing, graduated from the university with a high score in 1982, and stayed to teach in the university and the attached high school. At the same time, he is the principal oboe player of the Oriental Symphony Orchestra of Wuhan Conservatory of Music.

In 1984, he studied in the United States at his own expense to pursue a postgraduate study in oboe. At the same time, he won the Juilliard School of Music Master’s Oboe Teaching Assistant Scholarship, the Yale School of Music’s Oboe Professional Doctoral Teaching Assistant Scholarship, and the CUNY Queens College Aaron Copeland Conservatory of Music Master’s Teaching Assistant Scholarship. He has performed in many well-known symphony orchestras in New York under the tutelage of Mr. Ronald Roseman, the famous Juilliard professor of oboe and the principal oboe player of the New York Symphony Orchestra.

「CIMC-MOMA」加拿大国际音乐大赛自创办以來今年迈入第六年了，一直以來得到社会各界的广泛关注，尽管因疫情从线下转为线上云端举办，本赛事依然吸引了更多来自世界各地优秀的音乐爱好者参与，很多著名的音乐机构和老师纷纷推介高徒参赛，真可谓盛况空前。强大评审团也是由来自世界各地的著名音乐家、教授们组成。

「CIMC-MOMA」加拿大国际音乐大赛分为30岁及以下青少年“业余组”、“专业组”和31岁及以上成年人“业余组”、“专业组”。优胜者将有机会获得著名意大利夏令营奖学金和进入纽约环球国际音乐大赛总决赛，并有机会登上国际著名的卡内基音乐厅参加颁奖典礼。除此之外今年的特大亮点是与著名的（多伦多大学音乐学院）、专业录音公司（Track Ops Music）及升学率百分百的（City High School）高中合作。旨在通过本音乐大赛进行选拔优秀的音乐才子，优胜者不仅能获得入学奖学金、还能获得著名录音公司的免费录制体验，更能有机会进入名校，使音乐学子有更为广阔的发展空间。

同时为鼓励辛勤培养学生的老师们，本赛也对优秀的老师给予充分的嘉奖。上届获大奖的老师为：（Isabel Guo）老师（学生连续三年获第一名）、历届学生获得冠军的（Hong Tang）老师、（Wen Mu）老师和（Helen Han）老师获得特殊贡献奖。
